QUALICOAT-standard coating is the LL-0725's headline defence: its die-cast aluminium components, sandblasted then double-coated with an epoxy base for chemical and mechanical resistance under a UV-stable polyester finish, are built to the architectural powder-coating benchmark — the kind of specification that justifies a buried fitting on a UAE coastal or civic scheme. The body is EN AB-47100 die-cast aluminium with a 316L high-corrosion stainless-steel outer frame and a silkscreen-bordered glass diffuser. In its representative build it draws 6W for 600 lumens through a 45° beam (a wider 9W variant is noted in the range), sealed to IP67 with an IK08 impact rating and a CRI above 80, measuring 88mm high on a 63mm diameter at AC220-240V with phase dimming and 3000K, 4000K and 6000K.
